And by the way, I think that your business is completely amazing. It boggles my mind on a regular basis. I can’t believe that you offer the quality of service that you do, and the range of products, with the size of your staff and the scale of your operation. You must spend every minute of your life tending to your business. I’m glad that it seems to be going so well, and I have to say, I’m very proud to have a business like yours in our community. You, personally, are a huge asset to the region. Keep up the great work.
Just so you know, those sweet potatoes were the best sweet potatoes I’ve ever eaten in my life. Their texture is so smooth, their flavour so creamy. I almost don’t want you to leave them in the ground because they taste perfect already.

I just wanted to let you know that the quality of the produce packs is AWESOME! I heard something tonight at the dinner table that I NEVER thought I would hear, “Can I have more celery?”. This from the 5-year old who would eat NOTHING for the first 4 years of his life (averaged maybe 1 tbsp total of food in a day). Thank you for helping me get my kid to eat and eat well.

Well, earlier today we received a call saying you had two pheasants and two partridges and were we interested. We jumped at the chance to have two pheasant(s) and unfortunately declined the two partridges-what were we thinking! We froze one pheasant and cooked the other , roterisserie style and used your potatoes to make a french potatoe salad (much lighter than a north american potato salad) and used your beans to make a wonderful breen beans vinaigrette salad. We paired all of this with a wonderful pinot noir and had a fantastic dinner on our back deck and marvelled at the local bounty.
